Mike aims for customer satisfaction! The Mike’s crew expedited the job so we could move in and the floors look phenomenal.
I was a bit concerned that it may turn out patchy because of our need to replace much of the original (assumed) 1950’s red oak due to urine stains from the dog of the previous owner. We cannot tell the difference between the original areas and the new areas. All stained equally a nice English Chestnut color.
I tried to pay Mike his second half of the money soon after the job was 99% done, but he came back twice to refinish a single board that was splintered and would not accept it until the final polyurethane was dry and we were happy!
And, yes, their refinishing process is very low dust-producing.
